During your 6-week challenge, we'll establish where you are currently, set up your plan to lose up to 20# in 6-weeks, we'll review your progress WEEKLY, address any challenges, and adjust your wellness plan as needed to ensure you stay on track.
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, clients meet with their coach 3-5 times per week during the challenge.
Yes, we offer several programs including Private Personal Training, Semi-Private Training (2-4 people) and Group Training. We also offer basic memberships. The pricing will vary based on your needs, but we do our best to work within your budget.
There is a wide range of pricing depending on what type of coaching you choose. However, to give you an idea, our personal training rates range from $59 a week to $59 a session. We do our best to determine the best program for you while also taking into consideration your budget.
The group training and coaches are great! Due to some health challenges I am not able to do some of the exercises in our group. My instructor, Peyton, made an entire modified set for me so I could participate and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. I really appreciate the vibe and the support of my training group. Thanks, AF!
